As the head of the agency's Design Group in Pittsburgh, she ensures the success of brand development and design practice. Raghu is Chief Technology Officer of Engauge and also leads the technology practice of WE Engauge, a Hong Kong-based joint venture between Engauge and WE Marketing. A veteran of the digital and social marketing space, Raghu began his career as a software developer and later became a founder of technology startups in credit scoring software and energy trading. In recent years Raghu has served as an angel investor in SearchIgnite, an SEM bidding platform, and PlacePunch, a B2B location based marketing platform. At Engauge, Raghu advises multinational firms in digital and social marketing and how to leverage technology to advance their marketing objectives. Engauge has worked with a number of brands, including Cisco Systems, Coca-Cola, Best Buy for Business, and Woodford Reserve.

Christina is the SVP, General Manager of Engauge's Orlando office. One of those unique advertising types with a combination of tactical media, creative development and account leadership skills, Christina uses her diverse background to build successful go-to-market plans for her clients. She brings more than 20 years of strategic branding and retail experience to Engauge as both an agency partner and client representative on leading brands including The Ford Motor Company, Universal Orlando and The Walt Disney Company.

Mahan is a passionate believer in making people more efficient by giving them technology tools that are intuitive, engaging and, most importantly, just work. Mahan has been called upon to advise the Senate Finance Committee on the feasibility and best practices of online tax filing, has been featured in a Dell magazine interview on the topic of creating "reading friendly" websites and is a perennial member of Chi*Atlanta's executive board. Mahan's experience and insight comes from leading user experience design and development teams on projects ranging from the very high profile (the U.K.'s national online tax filing solution) to the top secret ("fusion center" applications for helping law enforcement apprehend terrorists).
