His global bestseller, MaxiMarketing, first predicted the change from mass marketing to a new one-to-one model a generation ago. His latest book, Reinventing Interactive and Direct Marketing, introduces an "iDirect" marketing paradigm for the digital era.

Previously, Rick served as CEO of Engauge, leading the firm through a period of robust growth with a vision for a new agency model — one that merges creativity and technology to deliver measurable and meaningful results.

With a compelling vision of the future of marketing, Jeff oversees the company's operations and ensures that clients remain at the forefront of digital. An entrepreneur at his core, Jeff leads the charge for identifying and cultivating new technologies and then applying those insights to develop innovative strategies for consumer engagement.

Chief Creative Officer
Adam combines his expertise in traditional advertising with the new possibilities of digital. His work remains firmly planted in both, driven by a creative vision to create content bigger than any one channel. With countless hours spent on commercial shoots, producing hundreds of TV spots for brands as varied as Nationwide, Time Warner Cable, International Delight and Snickers Ice Cream, his work not only gets noticed, it moves the needle, as evidenced by his multiple Effie Awards.
Beth Nigro
VP & General Manager
Beth brings 23 years of advertising and business development experience to her many roles at Engauge. As the head of the agency's Design Group in Pittsburgh, she ensures the success of brand development and design practice. As an account leader, she sets the strategic and creative direction for a range of clients, while also developing annual marketing plans, trade promotion programs and key research initiatives.
Scott Hildebrand
Managing Partner
Scott is charged with driving client growth by constantly thinking about what is arguably the marketing question of our time: how to connect messages with consumers at the right time and right place. Scott brings more than two decades of experience to Engauge and understands, personally, the unprecedented pressures today's marketing leaders face because he spent decades on the client side, most recently as senior vice president, brand marketing and customer acquisition at Chase Bank.
Raj Choudhury

Raj devises processes, manages resources, nurtures partnerships and identifies operational efficiencies to build a solid foundation for the agency to thrive and succeed. His exceptional ability to align people and practices allows him to effectively initiate and maintain strategic client and vendor relationships while also identifying future growth opportunities.
Barb Scherer
President, Orlando
Barb leads the Orlando office in research, planning, account management, creative, PR, media and interactive services for a diverse group of clients, including Sprint and the Florida Lottery. With more than 22 years of experience in the industry, she's recognized as an expert in insights and brand strategy, as well as an innovative leader in the Florida advertising community.
Steve Swanson
Managing Director, EVP Client Leadership
In all things, Steve adheres to his motto, "more, better, faster." He leads a diverse team in building successful client relationships and moving Engauge forward as an agency. In his 26 years of industry experience, he has had enormous success in advancing the marketing industry and building some of the most powerful brands today, including AT&T, Volkswagen, Nationwide Insurance and Pepsi.
Shane McAndrew
SVP, Performance Marketing and Analytics
Shane helps clients successfully compete in the marketplace by discovering and applying customer insights and business intelligence that provide a competitive advantage. He has 13 years of experience in digital, direct marketing and analytics, covering campaign strategy/planning, execution, and optimization for brands as varied as Wyeth, AT&T, Coca-Cola and Best Buy for Business.
David Grzelak
Executive Director of Behavioral Brand Planning
As a cultural anthropologist and researcher, David has dedicated his career to combining cultural and theoretical thinking with sound marketing strategies in order to influence consumer behavior in the marketplace. It's his goal to truly understand consumer beliefs; that's why he spends his time visiting people in their homes, in stores, or wherever they make their decisions. David has worked with a broad range of clients, including Daimler-Chrysler, Kraft Foods and Nationwide Insurance.

Rob is both a lawyer and a certified accountant, two uniquely diverse fields of expertise, which allows him to offer a truly unique point-of-view of any situation. And with over 20 years of broad-based legal, public accounting, and financial advisory experience under his belt, Rob has the proven ability to conceive and execute high-level strategies that drive business growth, profitability, and value. Over the years he has continually demonstrated his capacity to maintain a big-picture focus while paying special attention to the smallest details; innately wired for strategic and tactical thinking.
Teresa Caro
VP of Social Marketing
Teresa is a seasoned digital marketing professional with over 15 years of experience helping businesses improve customer retention, strengthen loyalty, and increase advocacy. Committed to addressing both consumer needs and business objectives, she has created digital marketing, relationship marketing, and social CRM strategies for clients across multiple industries, including retail/e-commerce, finance, telecommunications, and CPG.
Jenni McDonough
VP of Human Resources
Jenni has over a decade of experience in human resources, marketing and communications. Her mission at Engauge is to attract top talent, drive innovative development and training programs, and nurture a vibrant company culture. Jenni's career has been focused on just this thing, most recently serving for 10 years as VP of Human Resources at the Atlanta location of MSLGroup.
