Nick Bandy Named CEO and Jeff Hilimire Appointed President
Engauge, one of the nation’s largest independent advertising and marketing services companies, has named Nick Bandy Chief Executive Officer and Jeff Hilimire President, effective March 1.
Bandy, who succeeds Rick Milenthal as CEO, previously served as Chief Operating Officer and has been critical in bringing the agency under a single banner, enhancing the firm’s financial position and leading its strategic planning process. In his new position, Bandy will be responsible for working with the leadership team to realize the company’s vision to leverage creativity and technology to fuel client growth.
As President, Jeff Hilimire will be charged with leading the company’s operations and ensuring that its clients remain at the forefront of new digital technologies. He will also continue his role as Chief Digital Officer and leader of the agency’s fast-growing Digital Innovation Group.

Rick Milenthal to become Executive Chairman of the Board
In his new role as Executive Chairman of the Board, Milenthal will focus on strategic growth initiatives and opportunities and continue to promote the company externally. Additionally, he will work with Engauge’s product innovation group to develop new marketing technology to be deployed in the marketplace.
Stan Rapp appointed Chairman Emeritus
Stan Rapp has been appointed Chairman Emeritus. He continues in his important role at Engauge by providing thought leadership, pursuing business development initiatives and serving as a key, high-profile spokesperson for the company.
