We developed a microsite that created a change in how people viewed afternoon meals. Our microsite concentrated on the fictitious Linner Time. But more than just a free milkshake, the site reinforced the brand, the cows, the community and the spirit of Chick-fil-A. Emails offered promotions and invited people to an involving, brand culture experience.
