Ruth's Chris Steak House wanted guests to be able to make reservations easily, quickly and on-the-go. So we designed an iPhone app that not only allowed users to find the nearest steakhouse location and peruse the menu, but also make, edit and cancel reservations in real time.
How'd we do? Well, completed reservations more than doubled. And we saw a 13% increase in return visits, a 20% increase in page views and a 21% increase in time spent on menu pages. Mmm, the taste of victory.
